David Horn

Dr. David J. Horn was elected to the Decatur City Council in April 2017, and his term runs from May 2017 – April 2021.  In addition to serving on the City Council, David is a Professor of Biology at Millikin University, and previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Macon County Conservation District and as a member of the Macon County Regional Planning Commission.
