    Online payments allow customers to pay their bills conveniently and securely via the Internet. You can make Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card payments as well as Direct Debit Bank Account (E-Check) payments. Debit cards can be processed as credit cards if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

  • Are Online Payments Safe?

    Yes. We guard your online transactions! The actual transmission of your payment information over the Internet is at its safest when your web browser can make an encrypted connection, and for your protection, we will only process your order if you can make such a connection. If you have trouble with the encrypted connection, your computer, web browser or internet connection cannot support SSL (Secure Socket Layer), then you’ll want to contact us to complete your payment.

    NOTE: E-mail is not a secure form of communication. Please remember, your e-mail correspondence should NEVER include sensitive information you would not like to share with the general public, as e-mail is never a secure environment on the internet.

    Per the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card number, you must notify your credit provider in accordance to the reporting rules and procedures listed in your account agreement.

  • What Information Do I Need To Pay My Bill Online?

    For Municipal Utilities (Water) Bills you will need your Bill Number, Account Number and the Amount Due.

    • The Bill Number can be located in the stub portion of the bill just above the name and address information.
    • The Account Number can be located in the stub portion of the bill to the right of the Bill Number.
    • The Amount Due can be located on the right side of the stub portion of the bill. Remember to enter the correct amount. If you are paying after the due date, enter the larger of the two amounts.

    For Invoice Payments you will need your Bill or Invoice Number, your Customer, Boat, Pier, Space or Blind Number (depending on the type of payment you are making) and the Amount Due.

    • The Bill or Invoice Number can be located in the stub portion of the bill.
    • The Customer, Boat, Pier, Space or Blind Number can be located in the stub portion of the bill.
    • The Amount Due can be located in the stub portion of the bill.

    For Miscellaneous Payments you will need the Case, Permit, Ticket or Citation Number and the Amount Due.

    • The Case, Permit, Ticket or Citation Number can be located in the stub portion of the bill.
    • The amount due can be located in the stub portion of the bill.
  • How long does it take for payments to be applied to my account?

    Payments made online or over the phone before midnight will post the next business day.
