FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

City of Decatur crews will be working at the intersection of 44th Street and Corman Street, repairing water main failure, beginning Thursday, April 19, 2012, weather permitting. This work will cause the total closure of Corman Street, at the intersection with 44th Street, and 44th Street will be reduced to one lane, also at the intersection, starting at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 19, 2012, and continuing to approximately 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 23, 2012. Motorists should slow down, use extreme caution around the work zone and are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
