Decatur Human Relations Commission to Hold
Public Hearing on Sexual Harassment Complaint
DECATUR - The Decatur Human Relations Commission will hold a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2009, in the City Council Chamber on the 3rd floor of the Decatur Civic Center, One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, IL.
The hearing will be held to receive and evaluate evidence based upon a complaint of sexual harassment from Sally Nailer of Decatur, IL, filed against her former employer, Decatur Rentals, a sole proprietorship, and Ferdinand W. Wilhelm, owner. It is anticipated that the hearing will last three days.
Marshall A. Susler, retired Decatur attorney, will serve as the Commission’s hearing officer and shall preside over the hearing, which will be open to the public. Details of the complaint shall be available upon request.
