Decatur Human Relations Commission Holds
Public Hearing on Age Discrimination and Retaliation Complaint

DECATUR - The Decatur Human Relations Commission will hold a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 26, 2010, in the Human Resources Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the Decatur Civic Center, One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, IL.

The hearing will be held to receive and evaluate evidence based upon a complaint of age discrimination and retaliation from Cathy Marshall of Decatur, IL, filed against her former employer, Perkins & Marie Callender’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Marshall A. Susler, retired Decatur attorney, will serve as the Commission’s hearing officer and shall preside over the hearing.

The hearing is open to the public.
