Lane closure Jasper Underpass
City of Decatur crews are working in the Jasper Underpass, just north of Eldorado Street, beginning Thursday, October 22, 2009, weather permitting. This work will cause the total closure of the Jasper Underpass starting at 8:45 a.m., continuing to approximately 12:00 p.m., Thursday, October 22, 2009. Motorists should use Eldorado Street to 22nd Street to Grand Avenue to Jasper Street or Eldorado Street to North Franklin Street/Water Street to Grand Avenue to Jasper Street as detour routes.
