DECATUR HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION TO HOLD
PUBLIC HEARING ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT COMPLAINT

DECATUR - The Decatur Human Relations Commission will hold a public hearing next week to receive and evaluate evidence related to a complaint of sexual harassment from Elisha Brownlow against her former employer, Decatur Rentals, and owner Ferdinand W. Wilhelm.

The hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2010, in the City Council Chamber on the 3rd floor of the Decatur Civic Center, One Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, IL. It is open to the public and expected to continue for two days.

Paul Francis, a retired Macon County Judge, will serve as the Commission’s hearing officer and shall preside over the hearing. Please contact City of Decatur Human Rights Officer Mark Barthelemy at 424-2805 to receive a copy of the complaint, which contains Brownlow’s allegations, or for more information.
