Tom Ferriell has been Business Manager of the Decatur Municipal Band since 1977 and Secretary since 1981. His service to the group in these positions consists of securing personnel, payroll, publicity, and maintaining equipment and uniforms. He has performed in the trumpet section since 1970. Tom is a 1975 graduate of Millikin University holding Bachelor of Arts degree in education. Tom is a retired teacher.
